Kenya features 62 universities in the recently released Top 20 best Universities in Kenya. Of these only 10 have fallen in the rank this year with the majority of Kenyan Universities making significant improvements. The University of Nairobi The University of Nairobi (UoN) is once again the top University in Kenya. The University has branch campuses in Kikuyu, Parkland, Lower Kabete Upper Kabete, chiromo and Kisumu. The University of Nairobi offers courses and and programmes in different fields leading to officially recognised certificates, diplomas, bachelors degrees, Masters degrees, and Doctorate degrees in several areas of study. The Universit provisional of several academic and non academic facilities to the student’s needs like the modern libraries, housing, sports facilities, financial aids and or scholarships, study abroad and online courses. There are also exchange programmes and distant learning opportunities not excluding administrative resources.
