To build a good communication, active listening skills is definitely required and also leave space for the other person .One of the key ideas that we learn so far is that communication is the ability to convey one's message to their audience as important as how they can understand and respond/engage with the conveyor. The best thing to learnt about an effective communication skill is learning to listen before   responding to anything especially during a talk.   So one of the things I always pay additional for is the window seat for two reasons, one, I don’t want people bumping into me if I get the seat near the isle. Two, The view. While I’m boarding I hear kids already screaming… I’m praying “Please don’t let them be seated near me.
